Every good rodeo needs a few ground rules! Cowgirl Credits are our little way of rewarding our loyal Penny & Sage guests, but there are a few things to know before you saddle up.
Cowgirl Credits are tied to your individual account, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or shared. Rewards cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or special offers unless otherwise stated. Credits are earned on qualifying purchases and are added after your transaction is completed.If a purchase or service is refunded, canceled, or adjusted, any credits earned from that transaction may also be adjusted.
Rewards must be earned before they can be redeemed and cannot be applied towards previous purchases, gratuity, deposits, fees, or gift card purchases. Additional exclusions may apply to select services, products, or promotions.
Points must continue to accrue or be used within 3 months, after 3 months of inactivity points will begin to expire.
