It is a technique performed on damp hair and creates a soft lived in dimensional color and beautifully diffused blend with a sun-kissed finish as well as bump up and break through any old brassy blonde color or product build up. Great for blonde maintenance between full blooding appointments or during your full service in between foils to keep you at maximum lightness and brightness.
